·         Every registered user of whurray is considered as Regular User, if he / she continues to use whurray for a period of 21 days with in a duration of 30 days.

·         All the offers are time barred and may change with or without notice and the users/candidates are advised to check http://www.whurray.com from time to time for updated announcements.

·         All offers are given as a token of appreciation for the interest shown by the Whurray users, and the company is not bound to give any gifts as a compulsory Act.

·         The offers may change from time to time and in case there is any unclaimed bonus or coins, the administration will provide an alternate solutions, or the user can contact the support team at support@whurray.com.

·         Unused Whurray Points are Carried Forwarded to the next month, subject to the active sbusttate of the account, if the Account remains Dormant or not checked in for more than 3 months, the Whurray Bank Account of the user gets auto rolled to 0 (Zero) Balance.

·         All Invitation Tracking will expire in 3 months. But still if the New users enters the Refer Email ID, it is Valid ID.

·         Any unclaimed bonus/product which is requested by the user for more than 30 days will expire.

·         Employees and their Relatives are not eligible to participate in any of the Promos or offers of the Web Portal.

·         Certain Geographical Locations are not allowed to signup/redeem the offers or coins collected.  For complete list of countries that are not allowed, please refer to the online list at our website.

·         Objectionable usernames, content posted, and other things will lead to the Deletion of the member’s account, and also the Whurray Coins earned will be forfeited.

·         Members found to send Spam/ Junk Mails or unclaimed or unaccepted Bulk Mails will lead to the forfeiter of their Whurray Points.

·         All legal issues are subject to Visakhapatnam Jurisdiction only.

·         If a person wnts to claim a gift or bonus from whurray, at least 10% of bis / her referrals shold be regular users of whurray .

·       We reserve the right to limit the number of referral discounts and may end this at any time with out any prior intimation or notice to ther subscribers / menbers..
